Rep. Dan Griffey still hoping Legislature will approve school resource officers

Rep. Dan Griffey, R-Allyn, tells the “Daybreak with Jeff Slakey” show he is still holding out hope that the Legislature could place resource officers in schools to protect students from violence despite Democrats rejecting that proposal last week. Griffey reviews a number of capital budget projects in the 35th District and discusses some of his bills that didn’t make it through the Legislature, including his legislation eliminating the statute of limitations for felony sex offenders, on iFiberone Newsradio KMAS.
